We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or modify product availability at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including suspicion of fraud.

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways. We do not store your card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order within the estimated timeframe listed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds or returns unless the item is damaged during transit.
If there’s an issue, we offer a replacement of the same or equivalent item, with the customer covering shipping fees. Please notify us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and customized jewelry are final sale.

6. Warranty

Our jewelry includes a 12-month replacement warranty for natural wear-and-tear defects (not including physical damage, scratches, or exposure to chemicals). gold plating may wear off with time depending on usage — this is not covered under warranty.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, and content are the property of Richmond Royale. Unauthorized use or duplication is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

Our jewelry is designed to be hypoallergenic and safe for most skin types, but we do not guarantee reactions. Use at your discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada, specifically the province of Ontario.
